After serving more than 20 years in the acute and long-term care (LTC) industries, Mrs. Rhonda Colson brings deep expertise in operations, project management, technology, and business development. Passionate about patient-centered care, Rhonda is especially committed to the LTC environment, where she focuses on improving resident outcomes while collaborating closely with staff to create supportive, efficient, and high-performing care settings. Her leadership is grounded in a belief that empowering staff is key to delivering consistent, compassionate care.


Rhonda has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, optimizing workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse healthcare settings. She is well-versed in the complexities of healthcare regulations and skilled at designing systems that meet compliance standards while improving day-to-day operations. With a Master of Science in Social Work and Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belt certifications, she began her career at Allscripts, managing over 25 hospital client accounts. At Scripps Health, she led key workflow and IT initiatives for Case Management, Social Work, and Patient Financial Services.



Her extensive leadership experience in post-acute care includes roles as Chief Operations Officer, Administrator, and Director of Business Development. Most recently, she led a high-performing team of post-acute consultants for a healthcare technology firm, consistently exceeding expectations in implementing CarePort Guide, Connect, and Insight—helping clients achieve both regulatory readiness and enhanced patient care.
